For our family, Domingo is the most important day of the week. For over a decade, we’ve made it a tradition to all gather under one roof to share stories, laughter, and an authentic home-cooked meal.

After relocating to the United States from Mexico City in 2003, Antonio and Gina Chavez wanted to ensure their two daughters had a strong connection to their Mexican heritage. Their favorite way to express their heritage? Through delicious and time-tested family recipes.

Some of Antonio’s fondest memories from childhood were in the kitchen as his mother prepared dinner for the family to enjoy together. After inheriting his mother and mother-in-law’s recipes and passion for connecting to others through cooking, he became the family’s head chef, expressing his love and passion for us and his Mexican heritage through food. It’s honestly been a pretty sweet deal!

For over twenty-five years, Antonio has prepared authentic
home-cooked meals for his family, with the aim of establishing a connection to Mexico’s vast variety of flavors and cuisine. Finally, these amazing Domingo experiences will be shared with everyone!
